The Natural Dye Turtleneck

Meet our first GOTS Certified Organic Pima Cotton piece: The Turtleneck. Now in natural and low-impact color! Remember when you were in Pre-K and your parents dressed you in those Gap and L.L. Bean cotton turtlenecks under a colorful matching sweatsuit? Yeah, this is that vibe, only chic. Super soft, 1x1 rib, no synthetics, and made to relax with wear. Size M has 28" body length. Genderless. Dealer's choice: wear the neck folded to throw it back or fully extended for coverage and warmth. Ethically made in Peru on a living wage and hand-dyed here in the U.S.A.

Matcha, a delicious shade of patterned green perfect for a cozy fall, is dyed using Grass, Lambsquarter, Pomegranate skins, pine needles, minerals, and tea tree oil.

Lavender: Hand-dyed with foraged roses, Himalayan salt, desert earth, and a blackberry wash using melted snow.

Better Barbie, our version of hot pink, uses special imported dyes from Europe with mineral Muscovite Mica, coated with iron oxide. Washed and finished in a Beebalm and Bergamot bath of recollected rainwater.

Carrot, our bright orange, is dyed using carrots, beets, and coreopsis. Washed and finished in recollected rainwater.

*Disclaimer: This natural and hand-dyed color is better for you and the planet. Each piece is unique, so variations in color should be embraced. This garment will fade over time. If unusual coloration occurs at any point in contact with liquid, simply reset in the wash or spot treat with clean water. Wash cold and hang to dry for minimal fading.
